Holistic Literacy

Inspirational Autobiography Writing – Christmas Literacy Inspiration:

Holistic literacy is synonymous with Creative literacy. Most creative entrepreneurial people have come to believe that God was a creator for he created the world as paradise on earth and man in his own wonderful image. Remember, how the Garden of Eden is described and the first human appearance. It is inspirational and empowering. I also believe Jesus led a creative and entrepreneurial lifestyle especially when he fed a multitude of people with five loaves of bread and two fish with a lot of left overs thereafter. For me, that was very holistic, creative and humane entrepreneurial genius at its best application. Coincidentally, the same entrepreneurial model and spirit we instill in people and organization through Holistic Think Model principles.

So, Christmas, as a time to celebrate Jesus Christ’s birth, which is symbolic of our glorious new life in Christ Jesus, it would be wonderful to spend this special time by creating something unique and special for yourself and future generations. This is an opportune time to reflect on your own life, how creative and entrepreneurial you are and how you are doing with your life.  Therefore with our continuous quest to promote holistic literacy and creativity in life and business through Holistic Literacy Academy, I felt that there is no better time than this to inspire and empower you to learn to compile and compose an inspirational story of your life. This is done to disrupt the aural traditional way of telling your story as an ordinary person. It is not only media personalities who have the power to have their stories read, you also are a star of your life and your story needs recording.

Remember, your story is unique and interesting. It is worthy recording. It is only you who can write an account of it in a creative and inspirational way especially having survived the trying times of the 2020 Corona Virus pandemic. Therefore, the only inspiring thing you can do in this continuous isolation with limited outings due to the pandemic is to reflect and put your holistic literacy skills into practice by learning to put your life on paper especially during this long haul of the Christmas holidays with limited finances to travel the world. Working on your story will keep you busy to worry about any Christmas financial expenses. It will inspire you to realize the gaps in your life and empower you to see how best you can fill those gaps in your life.

Here is how best you can go about it. Do not be overwhelmed; be creative with your presentation as guided by the guiding questions you can purchase and download on this link here; https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Functional-Literacy-Scripts. Be authentic with your presentation. It is your story, and let it come out deep from heart and soul. No matter how painfully the reality of your story might be, just pour it out. It is therapeutic and healing. It is good for your soul and everyone concerned especially during this festive season, when we are celebrating life and you need that creative power to celebrate your own life. Have the creative power to celebrate your life by learning to put it on paper. Do not choose to die with some heavy stuff on your chest. Do not become more vulnerable to the Corona Virus by keeping heavy stuff to yourself. Write it down into a compelling story that will inspire and empower you to have a deep reflection of what you are doing with your life. This can be healing and will contribute in making the world a better place to live, work and do business. If your story is too sensitive to cause disruption of family peace, use fictitious names, places and events. This will help in distancing it from your actual experience. However, be creative in such a way that it does not lose its purpose of inspiring and empowering you and your readers if you ever happen to publish it for public consumption.

Holistic literacy program instills that writing should not just be for commercial purposes only, but to inspire and empower yourself by reflecting and looking back at the best or worst experiences in your life with a progressive and positive mindset for growth and development in being yourself and being the best of yourself in life and business. Holistic literacy skills will empower you to have the creative power to express your story in an inspirational way that positions you as a brand and authority to inspire and empower other people who might read your story especially your children for generational enlightenment and blessings. So, what is your story, feel free to carve out your story and write it with us by downloading the inspiring and empowering guide from this link; https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Functional-Literacy-Scripts .This Inspirational Autobiography Guide will help you answer basic questions like these below, but those in the guide are more intense and are meant to make your writing more creative, holistic and inspiring. The guide will inspire and empower you to pen it and wrap it up with creative and humane thoughts and ideas that will help in healing and contribute in making the world a better place to live, work and do business.

These are some of the questions you can think of in addition to those you can download here; https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Functional-Literacy-Scripts – Inspirational Autobiography Guide.

  1. What is the big picture of your life?
  2. Did you have any problems?
  3. How did you solve it?
  4. Who influenced you much?
  5. What can you say about your upbringing?
  6. Did you experience any healthy issues?
  7. Was your education helpful in building you up?
  8. Did you experience any setbacks as you were growing?
  9. Was your family loving and caring?
  10. Were you raised to be free spirited or control centered? etc.

At times writing your whole story might end up boring; choose particular events and experiences that are inspirational and empowering. Choose the juicy parts that are therapeutic to recall and express them from a creative and critical viewpoint as a mature person. The details chosen must show growth and development of your personality and expand on how you grew out of all those experiences. Avoid writing the details of your life in a logical way, like from birth to the present day. Capture interesting, uncomfortable, unusual, ridiculous, and blissful moments that left you with an aha feeling of rediscovering yourself in life and growing up to be, what you are today and what you continue to fight to be as a legacy for the coming generations.

Definitely, this would be a great way to celebrate Christmas in isolation of the pandemic with its limitations of maintaining isolation and staying indoors, not even mentioning the torture of walking around in masks.
